Do I need to install an app?
Not for the Chinese web booking request. Fill out the form and keep your private page link to see replies and progress. The form and booking updates are currently in Chinese.
Can I book any studio instantly?
No. FaceFit checks the requested service and availability with the studio. A request is confirmed only after you accept the proposal, the specified payment is verified, and the studio confirms it.
How much will it cost?
Your proposal shows the service amount, FaceFit booking fee, total cost and amount due at the studio. Review these together with the payment and cancellation terms before accepting.
How will I receive a reply?
Check your private page. FaceFit may also contact you manually using the details you provide. This request flow does not send automatic email, SMS or messenger notifications.

Our independent personal color guide gives you a place to start. A studio appearing in the guide does not mean it is a FaceFit partner.
